Membership

The EUGBC shall have at least three Effective Members who shall have all Members' rights and obligations as provided for by the Law and these articles of association.

The Effective Members consist of no more than twelve Core Members and Corporate Members.

Any commercial or non-profit legal entity or individual who has or is planning to have a link with or an interest in Georgia and the EU, is in good standing in the communities, adheres to the Association's purpose and applies in writing for membership can be admitted as a Member by the Board of Directors. To that effect, the candidate shall send an application form to the Board of Directors.

A Member may be excluded if it acts in violation of the objectives of the EUGBC, demonstrates dishonourable conduct or its continued membership is deemed to be detrimental to the EUGBC.
