Foundation of AmCham-EUGBC SME committee announced

AmCham - EUGBC inter-organizational SME committee announced the formation of the committee at a press event on Thursday, December 17, at the Radisson SAS Iveria Hotel.

The founders of the Committee also include Civil Movement "Solidarity”, UNDP Global Compact Project, International Association of Business and Parliament, Business and Economic Center, TBC Bank, Bank of Georgia, others.

Overall goal for setting up the Committee is to provide for increased efforts in the growth and development of Georgia’s SME sector, encourage the government’s as well as associated international and business organizations’ support.    

The Committee is open to all interested stakeholders. Therefore, EUGBC would like to encourage members (namely small and medium businesses) to nominate themselves or their representatives to become the Committee members and thus voice the business interest from within.
