Categories of Members include:

• Core Members, including Founding Members;
• Corporate A Members (commercial legal entities with 51% or more Georgian shareholding);
• Corporate B Members (commercial legal entities with more than 49% non-Georgian shareholding);
• Affiliated Members (Individuals and non-profit legal entities).

Core Members will receive free advertising by having their logo placed on the EUGBC letterhead and other publicity at events. There are only a limited number (12) of Core Member places.

Core and Corporate Members are also Effective Members which means they have voting rights.

Members may resign from the EUGBC at any time by sending a written notification to the Board. Resignation is effective immediately upon receipt of the notice but the Member shall remain liable for that year's dues and any other outstanding membership dues.

A Member may be excluded if it acts in violation of the objectives of the EUGBC, demonstrates dishonourable conduct or its continued membership is deemed to be detrimental to the EUGBC.
